Joining the Waitlist
When you join our waitlist, you'll receive a text message confirming your spot. This text comes from our automated system, so you know we've got you covered.
When Your Table is Ready
As your table is about to be cleared, we'll send you a text letting you know. Please reply to let us know you're on your way, or how long you'll be.
Need to Cancel?
Plans change - we get it! Simply reply "cancel" to any of our text messages and you'll be removed from the waitlist. You'll receive a confirmation that we've got your cancellation.
Replying to Our Texts
You can reply to any text we send you. Your message will be seen by our host staff. This is a great way to let us know if you're running a few minutes late or have any special requests.
SMS & Privacy
We use Twilio to send text messages. Your phone number is only used to communicate about your waitlist status and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
By joining the waitlist, you consent to receive SMS messages about your reservation status. Standard message and data rates may apply.
